7-Day Guided Meditation Course

Archangels Metatron and Sandalphon

Welcome to your journey towards divine connection, mental clarity, positivity, perseverance, happiness, and compassion. We, Metatron and Sandalphon, will guide you each day with focused meditations. Each session should be conducted in a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. Aim to spend 20-30 minutes on each meditation.

Day 1: Connecting to the Divine

Metatron:

  1. Preparation: Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes and take deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
  2. Invocation: “I call upon the presence of Archangel Metatron to guide me in connecting to the Divine. Surround me with your light and wisdom.”
  3. Visualization: Imagine a beam of pure white light descending from above, entering through the crown of your head and filling your entire being. This light is the essence of the Divine.
  4. Meditation: Focus on this light, feeling its warmth and purity. Allow it to cleanse your mind, body, and spirit. Stay with this visualization for 15-20 minutes, breathing deeply and maintaining a sense of connection to the Divine.
  5. Closing: Express gratitude for the connection and slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Day 2: Clearing the Mind

Sandalphon:

  1. Preparation: Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths to relax.
  2. Invocation: “I call upon the presence of Archangel Sandalphon to assist me in clearing my mind. Fill me with your harmonious energy.”
  3. Breath Focus: Concentrate on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Let each breath clear away any mental clutter.
  4. Sound Visualization: Imagine gentle, harmonious music filling your mind, each note sweeping away thoughts and distractions. Allow this music to create a space of calm and clarity within you.
  5. Meditation: Continue this focus for 15-20 minutes, letting the music and your breath work together to cleanse your mind.
  6. Closing: Thank Sandalphon for his guidance and slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Day 3: Creating Positivity

Metatron:

  1. Preparation: Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Take deep, calming breaths.
  2. Invocation: “I call upon Archangel Metatron to help me cultivate positivity within my life. Surround me with your uplifting energy.”
  3. Positive Light Visualization: Visualize a golden light surrounding you. This light represents positivity and joy. Allow it to fill every part of your being.
  4. Affirmations: Silently repeat positive affirmations such as “I am filled with positivity,” “I attract joy and abundance,” and “I radiate happiness.”
  5. Meditation: Continue visualizing the golden light and repeating affirmations for 15-20 minutes, feeling the positivity grow within you.
  6. Closing: Express gratitude for the positivity and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Day 4: Nurturing Perseverance

Sandalphon:

  1. Preparation: Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths to center yourself.
  2. Invocation: “I call upon Archangel Sandalphon to help me nurture perseverance. Fill me with your strength and resolve.”
  3. Mountain Visualization: Visualize yourself climbing a majestic mountain. Each step you take represents your journey and perseverance.
  4. Strength Affirmations: Silently repeat affirmations such as “I am strong,” “I overcome all challenges,” and “I am persistent.”
  5. Meditation: Continue the visualization of climbing the mountain and repeating affirmations for 15-20 minutes, feeling your inner strength grow.
  6. Closing: Thank Sandalphon for his support and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Day 5: Increasing Happiness

Metatron:

  1. Preparation: Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Take deep, calming breaths.
  2. Invocation: “I call upon Archangel Metatron to help me increase happiness in my life. Surround me with your joyful energy.”
  3. Joyful Memory Visualization: Recall a memory that brings you immense happiness. Visualize this memory in detail, feeling the joy it brings.
  4. Happiness Affirmations: Silently repeat affirmations such as “I am filled with happiness,” “Joy flows through me,” and “I radiate joy.”
  5. Meditation: Continue visualizing the joyful memory and repeating affirmations for 15-20 minutes, letting the happiness expand within you.
  6. Closing: Express gratitude for the happiness and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Day 6: Cultivating Compassion

Sandalphon:

  1. Preparation: Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths to relax.
  2. Invocation: “I call upon Archangel Sandalphon to help me cultivate compassion. Fill me with your loving and kind energy.”
  3. Heart Visualization: Visualize a soft pink light emanating from your heart. This light represents compassion and love.
  4. Compassion Affirmations: Silently repeat affirmations such as “I am compassionate,” “I spread kindness,” and “I embrace others with love.”
  5. Meditation: Continue visualizing the pink light and repeating affirmations for 15-20 minutes, feeling the compassion grow within you.
  6. Closing: Thank Sandalphon for his guidance and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Day 7: Integrating All Aspects

Metatron and Sandalphon:

  1. Preparation: Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Take deep, calming breaths.
  2. Invocation: “We call upon Archangels Metatron and Sandalphon to help integrate all the aspects we have cultivated. Surround us with your combined energies.”
  3. Unified Light Visualization: Visualize a radiant white light that encompasses all the colors of the previous meditations. This light represents divine connection, clarity, positivity, perseverance, happiness, and compassion.
  4. Unified Affirmations: Silently repeat affirmations such as “I am connected to the Divine,” “My mind is clear,” “I radiate positivity,” “I am strong and perseverant,” “I am filled with happiness,” and “I am compassionate.”
  5. Meditation: Continue visualizing the unified light and repeating affirmations for 15-20 minutes, feeling the integration of all these qualities within you.
  6. Closing: Express deep gratitude to Metatron and Sandalphon for their guidance. Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment, feeling whole and complete.
