  • Muhammad was taken on the winged steed Buraq from Mecca to Jerusalem.
  • At Al-Aqsa Mosque, he led other prophets in prayer.
  • Mi’raj (Ascension to Heaven):
  • From Jerusalem, Muhammad ascended through the seven heavens.
  • He met prophets like Adam, John the Baptist, Jesus, Joseph, Idris, Aaron, Moses, and Abraham.
  • He eventually reached Sidrat al-Muntaha, a holy tree in the seventh heaven.
  • God instructed Muhammad that Muslims should pray fifty times a day, but Moses advised him to ask for a reduction. The number of prayers was eventually reduced to five daily prayers.
